Summery Of Wave Discution #3

       Wave discussion #3 was great the question was If you were Beth and had made the discovery about her family and there resort, how wold you feel? What action would you take. Miss C thought that sometimes we look at situations from the outside and fail to understand the importance these situations have on the lives of people living them. Iksha said she would do the same as Beth and go to the resort instead of sitting there and doing nothing and I agreed with Iksha . But Conner started to say that he would go to Phuket but then he changed his mind and said he would stay home and not go to Thailand because it would be selfish and confusing and that he would just be in the way of other people I also agreed with Conner I was sitting on the fence. Jess made a connection to Miss C post she said it reminded he of a Talor Swift song. Haley disagreed with conner she said it would be a irrational decision not to go and find your family. But Breah and Conner both thought that it would be better to stay home. And Jess explained why the random comment wasn’t so random because it goes with the conversation she basically said things don’t always go the way you want and how every one does nothing and just watches because they only care about themselves. I agreed with every body because you would be in the way if you went but they are your family so you kinda should go because they would probably do the same.

Ethical Gift Giving

Hi it's me kaitlin and we are doing a project on Ethical gift giving we get 100 dollers to buy stuff for a developing country. Not for real but I wish we could all have 100 dollars. The organization that I picked to buy my gifts from is Oxfam. I chose Oxfam because it had low prices and I could get alot more for less.
       My first gift that I would give is a chicken for $15 because the chicken can lay eggs that can provide people with food. I would give them one chicken because if they don't have food for themseves then why would they have food for their animals.
   The second gift I would give is a mosquito net for $20. They can sleep under the net without thinking about the diseeases that they can get from a mosquito.
    The third gift I would give is to plant 50 trees. That would be $35. I would give them 50 trees because they can use it for shade food and to build stuff.
     My fourth gift that I would give would be safe water. I would give them safe water to drink so they dont get sick from dirty water and so they have clean water to shower in.
     The last gift I would give is 3 bags of seeds for $12. I would give them this so that they can plant trees for food and shelter.
   All together it came to $104. I went over the limit a little bit but thats ok. Comment please bye.

Timpani

Hi every one im working on my assignment its about instruments. I play percussion so I got the Timpani. So I'm going to answer so questions about the Timpani. It is part of the percussion family. The parts of the timpani are the head protector, kettle edge, turning bolt, hoop, head, turning indicator, pointer lock nut, pointer adjustment knob, kettle. The timpani was made over 300 years ago. Sadly I couldn’t find who made it or what clef it plays and how to assemble it I also did not find out how to maintain the timpani. The pitch of the drum depends on the size of the drum. to make a sound with this instrument you hit the head of it with a maillot or a drum stick. That is all I know about the timpani bye thanks for.
